If you are told that a person on Instagram has 20K followers. This may not be true; most accounts with big numbers come from outside sources. As an example, they are on TV. Very few get these numbers from just being on Instagram. The way to test these numbers is to look at the personage of “likes” vs number of followers. The general rule is 3% likes shows that the account has real followers. So 20K followers should have 600 likes per post.
